Shipping policy

We offer FREE “Next day delivery” on all orders over £50.00 * 
Orders must be placed before 3.30pm for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri)
Orders placed after 3.30pm will be classed as the following day

Overseas or international customers - including the following destinations - Channel Isles, Ireland, Europe, USA and the Rest of the world use our contact us page for shipping quotation.

Parcels

Your order will be delivered by right to your door by one of our couriers on a Next Day Service. Goods will be dispatched in printed Wipe shop cartons. Unless oversized, or not suitable to be sent in a carton.

*Delivery is FREE of charge for all orders over £ 50.00 excluding VAT @ 20% (UK mainland addresses only, excluding Scottish Highlands and offshore Isles).

All deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and are not time specific. They will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. If you require the goods to be delivered to your workplace please inform us at time of ordering.

In the event the customer not being in when the delivery is attempted a card will be left detailing how to re-arrange delivery at a later date.

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods may be returned to The Wipe Shop by the courier, if so you will be responsible for the associated return and delivery costs
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they have been delivered.

Damages or shortages must be notified within 3 working days. No claims will be entertained after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*Please note that sometimes our carriers are unable to meet our requirements for next day delivery due to adverse weather conditions, vehicle break downs or unforeseen circumstances. This is out of our control so please remember this if your order is very urgent. We do not accept any liability if any of our 3rd party carriers are unable to make a delivery the next working day. We do have a very high success rate though and always do our utmost to ensure goods leave on time.

Pallets

Pallet Orders will be dispatched via our designated carrier FREE of charge

Please allow 2-3 working days for this service. If you do not have a forklift available to unload the goods please request for a tail-lift. The charge for this service will be £15.00, please add the `Tail lift` option at the time of ordering. If any re-delivery costs are incurred for any reason due to the tail lift option not being requested or unable to unload at the time of delivery (for any reason) then resulting costs will be passed on to the customer.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm and are not time specific unless otherwise requested – (additional cost of £25 per timed delivery must be added to your basket at the time of placing your order)
